Schedule Appointment for New Patients
At Kennedy Chiropractic, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We value your time as well as the time of our healthcare providers, and to ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate other patients, we have established the following cancellation policy: We kindly request a minimum of 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us enough time to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need of medical care. For late cancellations or no-shows, a cancellation fee of $150 may be charged. This fee is intended to help cover the costs associated with the missed appointment and the time reserved for you. Late cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our ability to serve other patients who may need medical attention.
